How to request deletion of your data from Ad.Fargo

Your Right to Delete

You have the right to request deletion of all personal data Ad.Fargo holds about you. This includes your account information, uploaded images, generated creatives, workspace data, brand intelligence, usage records, and any data obtained from connected platforms like Meta (Facebook).

How to Request Deletion

Option 1: Email Request

Send an email to privacy@adfargo.com from the email address associated with your Ad.Fargo account. Include:

  • Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
  • Your registered email address
  • Whether you want full account deletion or deletion of specific data (e.g. only Meta-related data)

Option 2: In-App Deletion

You can delete specific data directly within Ad.Fargo:

  • Individual creatives: Go to Runs, open any creative, and delete it
  • Workspaces: Go to workspace settings and delete the workspace
  • Connected accounts: Disconnect Meta or other platforms from your account settings

What Gets Deleted

When you request full account deletion, we permanently remove:

  • Your account profile (name, email, auth credentials)
  • All creatives (analyses, generations, variations, studio outputs)
  • All uploaded images and AI-generated images from cloud storage
  • All workspaces, brand knowledge, crawl data, and logos
  • Usage records and billing history
  • Any Meta (Facebook) ad account data, tokens, and campaign records associated with your account
  • Session data and authentication tokens

Meta (Facebook) Data

If you connected your Meta account to Ad.Fargo, you can request deletion of all Meta-related data specifically. This includes:

  • Meta ad account identifiers and Page data
  • Campaign, ad set, and ad metadata stored in Ad.Fargo
  • Meta OAuth tokens and access credentials

You can also revoke Ad.Fargo's access to your Meta account at any time through Facebook Settings > Business Integrations. When you revoke access, Meta will send us a data deletion callback and we will delete all Meta-related data from our systems.

Timeline

We process deletion requests within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete. Some data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before being permanently purged.

Third-Party Data

Data that has already been processed by third-party services (such as OpenAI for AI generation) is subject to their own retention and deletion policies. We cannot delete data from third-party systems, but we will delete all copies stored within Ad.Fargo's own infrastructure.
